how are your products delivered?

The Little Imprint Co offers free delivery within the mainland UK* for all orders over £25. Items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days with Royal Mail. Certain bespoke products may take longer. Please check before purchasing if the product is needed with urgency.

what is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply get in contact with our customer support team either via the form on the contact page or via email. If it is a fault at our end, you can return the item to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full shipping or exchange as soon as possible after you cancel your order. Items will need to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. The following items can't be returned or exchanged • Custom or personalised orders • Perishable products (like food or flowers) • Digital downloads • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) • Items on sale

where is my order?

If you do not receive your item (after 2 weeks for UK orders and 6 weeks for international orders), or are not completely satisfied with it, please get in touch straight away (within 14 days) and we will work to get the issue rectified.

when will you restock products?

Stock is determined both by current stock levels, and current order volume. We are a small business, and thus can only handle so much! We reserve the right to change our stock numbers at any time, so that each current order in our care will receive the very best care and attention. Should the item you like not be in stock, check back 1-5 full business days later, and we are likely to be restocked.
